JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The instant writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for making payment of salary to the petitioner. Grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of his working as Head Moulvi in Madarsa Reyazul Uloom, Bangalakol Sapa, District Araria, he is not being paid his salary. The District Education Officer, Araria is required to enquire as to whether the petitioner is working as Head Moulvi in the Madarsa in question. On verification of record, if it is found that the petitioner has actually worked and the Madarsa is recognized one, he shall take steps for ensuring payment of salary to the petitioner.

The District Education Officer, Araria is required to enquire into the matter and take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the District Education Officer, Araria within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
