Petitioner claims to be working as Typist in the office of respondent No 6. Writ petition had been filed claiming the relief of regularization. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the fact that petitioner has crossed the age of superannuation, relief of regularization is not available to the petitioner. However, it is submitted that some arrears on account of the wages, which were to be paid to him of the period from 01.03.1993 to 09.03.1995, has not been paid to him.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3805 of 2016(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 In the circumstances, in view of the limited grievance, this Court would direct that respondent No 6 should consider this plea of the petitioner for payment of arrears for the said period. Respondent No 6 should pay the due and admissible amounts on account of arrears of wages to the petitioner for the said period, and furnish details of calculation having regard to the number of days on which the petitioner was on duty. Writ petition stands disposed of.
