Having regard to the facts that petitioner is claiming his appointment as Assistant Teacher in relation to selection process of 1985. The writ petition was filed on 30.4.2015 i.e. after 30 years. The Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence. In the event petitioner has any other alternative he may exhaust his remedy without being influenced by the dismissal of the case.
