JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 This is an application for cancellation of the order, granting bail to a person, namely, Amit Singh, in Cr. Misc. No. 52761 of 2015, in connection with Bijaipur P. S. Case No. 101 of 2015.

Averment in the application for cancellation is that there is certain suppression with regard to O. P. No. 2, being accused in yet another case as well as certain other facts. Looking at the reasons for grant of privilege of bail to O. P. No. 2, none of the submission made in the present case for cancellation was the reason for extending that privilege. If that be so, no case for cancellation or recall of the order passed earlier is made out.

Application is dismissed.
