JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 18.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85401 of 2019. No new ground has been taken on behalf of the petitioner in the present bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019 pending before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21703 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Gopalganj.
