Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of robbery is against unknown.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Ritesh Kumar. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.10.2016, however, has not been put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10327 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Bhagalpur/successor Court in connection with Lodipur Police Station Case No. 105 of 2016.
