The petitioner seeks bail in Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 05/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 332, 333, 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant a police officer alleged that a mob including the petitioner having armed with different weapons assembled in the premises of the police station and started making slogans by naming some persons. It is further alleged that the said mob damaged the motorcycle and different articles kept inside the premises of the police station and also pelted stones on the police officials in which many police officials and constable were injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is of course named in the F.I.R, but no specific

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2016 and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 05/2016.
