The Court will not entertain the writ application. However, it will give liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance at the highest level where the allegations being made against the Director, L N J P N Hospital will be looked into and appropriate decision taken. If the petitioner files such an application before the Principal Secretary, Health, Government of Bihar, a decision must be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of its filing.
