2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the affiliated college and the contention of the petitioner is that he has been terminated by the Governing Body of the college.

3. The affiliated college and its Governing Body is not a State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

4. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
