The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.171 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 379, 411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations against the petitioner and his criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by this Court.
