The petitioners seek bail in Majorganj case No. 171 of 2015 under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The informant received information about assemblage of some criminals for committing offence, he along with other police personnel reached the place and apprehended Hemant Ram, Paramjit Ram and Rahul Ram. The apprehended accused disclosed the names of petitioners and others but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in jail since 14.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12458 of 2017 (3) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Pandey, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015.
