JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dealership of Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak at the location Hardi, District Supaul has been awarded in favour of a third party during the pendency of the writ petition.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court with a fresh writ petition impleading such third party as respondent.
