The Petitioner seeks bail in Meenapur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376/511 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he attempted to commit rape with the informant. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 27.10.2016. He has been implicated due to personal dispute between the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14690 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 connection with Meenapur P.S.Case No. 272 of 2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
