The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.401 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
