2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 303 ( 2 ), 318 ( 4 ), 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Himanshu Thakur alleged that on 25.10.2024, Rs. 2,85,000/- was fraudulently withdrawn through RTGS from his agency's account (held at Bihar Gramin Bank , Ojha Bazar ). It is further alleged upon inquiry it transpired that this petitioner who is Bank Manager of Ojha Gramin Bank and other co-accused persons have illegally withdrawn the amount.
