Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen bike was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 07.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bikram Police Station Case No. 315 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate
