2. This Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Award dated 11.01.2021 passed by learned Additional District Judge-XI -cum- Additional Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal, Bhagalpur in Claim Case No. 230 of 2016, whereby the Insurance Company was directed to pay Rs. 11,59,000/- to the claimants along with 6% interest per annum.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Award amount has already been paid to the claimant(s). As such, he wants to withdraw this Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. In such view of the matter, this Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Let the statutory amount, if any, be remitted back to
