2. This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 23.12.2022 passed by learned Sub Judge-1, Patna in Eviction Suit No. 73 of 2019.

3. Mr. Rajeev Kumar Verma, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners-tenant has handed over the key of the suit premises to Mr. Bharat Bhushan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents in this Court.

4. Now the matter has been settled between the parties. The landlord will now not claim further rent from the petitioners-tenant and the landlord is free to deal with the suit premises as per their wishes.
