2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vijayeepur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Madhukar Verma was kidnapped by criminals including the petitioner for demand of ransom. On the pressure of the police, the criminal released the victim.

4. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come that he has participated in the crime right from the very beginning till execution.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 16.11.2023.

6. One motorcycle and some arms were also recovered from the criminals.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
