It does not appear from the counter affidavit that the entire post retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid and an attempt has been made to put the blame upon the petitioner for not having received the amount due to non-supply of certain papers. The counter affidavit appears to be completely vague. If certain forms have to be filled up then it is obligation of the petitioner to fill up the forms but beyond that there is no liability upon the petitioner to keep on supplying papers to the respondents for being granted the benefit of pension

In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall fill up necessary forms whether of pension or GPF, etc., if not already filled up, within a period of four weeks from today and the respondents must ensure that the entire post retiral dues are paid to the petitioner within a further period of three months thereafter.

So far as the payment of GPF amount is concerned, the respondents would be obliged to provide a detailed calculation chart to the petitioner. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) S.Pandey/- U
