The petitioner is accused in connection with Darunda P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of Shahinoor, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing them again, but petitioner has not been put on TIP, while he is in custody since 12.01.2016.

No.9675 of 2017 (3) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015 (S.T. No. 525 of 2016).
