2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 139 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) (a) 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, one country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2024.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10025 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned C.J.M. Bhagalpur/concerned court, in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 139 of 2024, with a condition that:

(I) The petitioner will mark his attendance at Shahkund Police Station at every Sunday of each month. Default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.
