Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown persons.
The petitioner was arrested in another case and his confessional statement was recorded on the basis whereof the petitioner has been remanded in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2016 and submission is that he has not been put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
