JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 427, 379, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of misbehaving with the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant is a renter in his house and he has objected the misuse of lift by the daughter of the informant and the the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further, he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
