The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 412 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 379, 325, 307, 452, 504 and 506 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21584 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the close relatives of the informant and the subject F.I.R. has been registered because of a dispute over apportionment of family property. It has been urged on behalf of the petitioners that they all participated in the occurrence as a result of which some of the persons from the side of the informant have received injuries. It has further been submitted that all the injuries received by the victims have been reported to be simple in nature.

The petitioners are the in-laws of the informant and from the narration of events, it has been argued, it would clearly appear to be a dispute regarding partition of family property.

Regard being had to the background facts and the nature of accusation, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21584 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 3/3 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 412 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
