2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation of withdrawing money from the accounts of informant and others is against co-accused Gulshan Aara. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation that any amount has been credited into his account and he has been made accused simply because he is husband of the co-accused Gulshan Aara. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
