The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.108 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 120-B, 323, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the present case has been lodged by the victim after the petitioner refused the marriage. The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
