2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 13.5 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
