2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 324, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and falsity of the prosecution story is evident as the petitioner has been named only in the latter part of the first information report although the petitioner's name could have been divulged at the very beginning thereof as he was known to the informant. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned counsel for the informant appears suo motu and states on instruction that processes under Sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have already been concluded against the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the informant, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11063 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition which is accorded.

6. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
