It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this petitioner is accused in connection with Gaya Complaint Case No.181 of 2018 but in the impugned order as well as in para-1 and prayer portion of the bail application, the case no. has inadvertently been mentioned as Complaint Case No.181 of 2017, as a result of which in the order dated 07.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.48911 of 2019, at page-2, the case no. has been wrongly entered as Complaint Case No.181 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Case no. mentioned at page-2, in the order dated 07.12.2021,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10487 of 2022(3) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48911 of 2019 be read as Complaint Case No.181/2018.
Accordingly, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No.181 of 2018, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
The order dated 07.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.48911 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. This modification application stands disposed of. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
