2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 22.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 20602 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 194 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The following order was passed on 22.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 20602 of 2023 which reads as under: "Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 194

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18610 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/3 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and he submits that the petitioner has eight criminal antecedents. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application stands rejected.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the following case in which the petitioner has been made accused:-

5. This Court finds no new ground to review its earlier order dated 22.05.2023.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

7. From the report called for from the District Judge, Madhepura, the petitioner's trial in the cases pending against him is not proceeding.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Madhepura is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18610 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 3/3 directed to take interest in the matter so that the trial of the petitioner is concluded in all the cases in which he is an accused.
