The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 262, 263(a), 132, 121(1), 121(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Prosecution case in short is that on 04-01-2025, while executing a warrant against one Jitendra Kumar, police officials were attacked by Jitendra, his family, and others, leading to stone-pelting and physical assault. As Jitendra Kumar, was injured and rescued from custody, the situation escalated,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9747 of 2025(2) dt.24-02-2025 2/3 with a mob blocking roads and attacking police personnel. The Quick Response Team intervened and after air firing by the SHO, several accused were arrested.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05-01-2025. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedents, as per disclosure made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. No specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner, rather allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner is female and was alleged to be a member of the mob. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. 6.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner, nature of accusation and petitioner being a female, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9747 of 2025(2) dt.24-02-2025 3/3 Court below/concerned Court in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, subject to the following conditions:

(I) One of the bailors shall be own/close member of the family of the petitioner.

(II) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates, the Trial Court will have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
