2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for quashing the rent for the 94 decimals of land pertaining to the Old Plot No. 854, Khata No. 285 converted to new Plot No.

1140, Khata No. 1035 of Mauza Baiju Bigha, P.S. Bodh Gaya, District-Gaya for which Jamabandi no. 39 is running in the name of ancestor of the petitioner.

(ii) for any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3. Mr. Sanjay Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue it before alternative forum.
