The petitioner is an ex-employee of the Bihar State Construction Corporation Limited and has been absorbed in the services of the State Government in its Social Welfare Department following a judgment and order of this Court passed in CWJC No.10016 of 2007. The order of absorption together with the terms and conditions thereof is placed at Annexure-2 to the writ petition. The petitioner by this writ petition prays for an appropriate direction to the authorities of the Social Welfare Department to consider his grievance for grant of pay protection as well as
Patna High Court CWJC No.2104 of 2016 dt.23-05-2017 continuity of service.
Although some kind of representation has been placed at Annexure-5, but it is not in tune with the issue raised in the present writ petition nor addressed to the appropriate authority. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the Director, I.C.D.S., Department of Social Welfare, Bihar, Patna together with the details and which shall be considered and be disposed of by him in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order.
