JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for removing the encroachment from the Gair Majarua land of Khata no. 378, Khesra no. 742, measuring an area of 13.5 decimals in Mauja-Gwalpada, PS-Chhatapur, District-Supaul but during the pendency of the writ petition, it has been informed by the learned counsel for the State by filing a counter affidavit, which is taken on record, that the encroachment in question has already been removed on 03.04.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, the petitioner has any subsisting grievance or any grievance has cropped up during the interregnum period, the petitioner be permitted to file a fresh writ petition or take
