Matter is thereafter taken up on merits.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State.

In view of the ratio and the decision laid down in the case

Patna High Court LPA No.2029 of 2016(2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 of Kalpana Rani Vs. State of Bihar and others, reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665 (F.B.), there is no occasion to interfere with the decision of the learned single Judge. The law is well settled that the issue in relation to any dispute on the question of appointment of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra cannot be opened now after 01.07.2006.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
