2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 110 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 447, 379, 354, 504, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners were said to have assaulted the three victims because of land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner no. 1 is that he had assaulted the informant and his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10791 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 family members with lathi, the prayer for anticipatory bail application of petitioner no. 1 is rejected.

7. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against petitioner no. 2, who is a women, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner no. 2 namely Sushama Devi @ Sushama Kumari, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Gaya/concerned court below in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 110 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

9. This application for anticipatory bail is partly allowed.
