JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on the eve of Tilak ceremony, the accused persons were firing in the air when it was protested by the informant's side then this petitioner fired on leg of the informant, subsequently, leg of the informant was amputated. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 11.06.2014, the Fardbeyan of the informant was recorded on 05.08.2014 which came to be registered as a police case on 03.09.2014. It is admitted case of the informant that initially the informant was admitted in the Sadar hospital, Aurangabad. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4279 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
