JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Prabhu Nath Singh, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ambarish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Dr. Ajit Kumar, learned A.P.P., seeks permission for withdrawal of the present petition, so that, the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an indication that if within a period of six weeks the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order
