JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The cow of the informant was stolen away by Raju Paswan and cow was recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
