Patna High Court CWJC No.5784 of 2014 (2) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in Case No.01/2015 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
