Learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board and the State submit that the issue, which is involved in the present case, has already been settled by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018 and other analogous cases in which the Court has directed to grant affiliation from the session 2016-18 on-wards. The present writ petitioners are from Jamui B.Ed. Teachers Training College which was also a party in the writ application, C.W.J.C. No. 19622 of 2018 and the same was disposed of along with aforesaid C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018. In such view of the matter, the issue, involved in the present case, has been rendered infructuous and is not required to be adjudicated upon.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
