The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise Case No. 423 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. The accusation is of recovery of 84 bottles, each containing 750 ML and 1392 bottles, each containing 180 ML Indian made foreign liquor from Hyundai car bearing registration No. BR-29AC-5641 and four persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners were apprehended.
