2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on receiving information regarding the theft of gas cylinders, a raid was conducted and 32 gas cylinders and other articles were recovered from the premises of the Hotel namely Maa Tara Dhaba.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that other co-accused namely Amresh Singh and Jaishankar Yadav have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8545 of 2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st West Muzaffarpur/concerned court below in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
