Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation of commission of assault to the father of the informant is against co-accused Md. Nakir as a result whereof he died during course of treatment. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of commission of assault.
