The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24.07.2018 passed in Maintenance Case No. 38 / 2017 by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger by which the learned Family Court has awarded interim maintenance of Rs. 9000/- in favour of the respondent-wife under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

Since the petitioner has approached this Court against the order granting interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of interim maintenance and direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to decide final maintenance in accordance with law filed by the respondent-wife within a period of three months from the date
