Learned counsel for the state submits that the case has been instituted for an offence under Section-363 of the Indian Penal Code which is bailable in nature.

In the said circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the court below. Permission is granted.
