2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 , 109, 308(3) , 61 ( 2 ), 351 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of bns 2023 . 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , on the order of this petitioner coaccused Mirtunjay Yadav fired upon son of informant due to which he sustained firearm injury .
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to dispute over pathway an altercation took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injury . Case and counter case . This petitioner is only alleged to be order giver Petitioner is lady and

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Munger in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
