The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No.221 of 2014 for offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is charged with making assault on the brother of the informant namely Akhtar Khan and Mustaque Khan. The injury report is present at Annexure-3 and in consideration whereof I am not persuaded to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

This application is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be considered by the Court below on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present order. (Jyoti Saran, J) deepika/- U
