The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. case no. 364 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii) of Arms Act.
It is alleged that the police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession, one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics, nothing has been recovered from his possession and he is in custody since 30.11.2016. It is further submitted that petitioner has already been acquitted in several cases and only few cases are pending against him.
